We decided we needed somewhere to test some dishes. So we will be doing a Random dish each week that keeps our creative juices flowing. If you have any requests or Ideas please let us know. Who knows, if we use your idea and it becomes a regular on the menu, we might do something nice for you... you'll have to remind us though...we're concentrating hard on the food!
